The Problem

When we first spoke to Amy, she had tentatively tried our services and was very happy. However, Amy was unsure how to convey all the information across to the other Iotech Group travel bookers within Industrial Co-polymers Limited and Flexcrete Limited, who are based on the same site.

The Business Travel Plus Solution

We set up a series of mini training sessions for over 20 of their key travel bookers to familiarise themselves with our services. Each travel booker was given an information pack and had opportunity to see our systems working and to meet with our team. After one of our regular feedback meetings, Amy informed us that they were in the process of building a new manufacturing plant in the USA.

We suggested that she meet with a couple of airlines to discuss a possible route deal. We have now arranged a package with an airline which saves them over 60% per ticket, whilst preserving the normal benefits. All of the Iotech Group travel bookers now use Business Travel Plus and Amy still regularly comments on the helpfulness of our staff and our proactive approach.
