The Problem

Roger was due to take yet another long haul flight and suddenly realised that he didn't have a lot of time to get his Visa sorted out for his next trip. He knew that obtaining visas could be a lengthy process, so Roger asked us if we could help.

The Business Travel Plus Solution

We suggested to him that he applied for a second passport. This way he could have one for travelling and the other could be submitted for the next visa. Roger often comments that this has made his life a lot easier! On another occasion when his flights were diverted due to fog, we arranged a one way car rental to be waiting for him at the airport so his travel arrangements were uninterrupted. We all know that plans can change at the last minute and Roger regularly remarks how patient we are. He is often heard to compliment our staff on the high standards associated with our normal level of service.
