Business Travel Plus offer a comprehensive range of specialist
technology products to assist with the arrangement of business
travel. They include information services to assist in the research,
hotel accommodation and rail tickets, on-line reservation systems,
hardware solutions to provide ticket fulfilment in clients own
offices.
Information Systems
Information on proposed trips and prices
can either be obtained through our telephone reservation centre
or from our on-line tables and departure boards. On-line
systems are available at all times and clients may avail themselves
of our out of hours facility by a telephone information and reservation
service outside normal offices hours including public holidays.
Reservation Systems
Business Travel Plus offers complete
choice and flexibility in the method our clients may make their
reservations. A
comprehensive telephone reservation service by fax or email is
available during normal working hours and our on-line reservations
for flights, rail and hotel provide an alternative and competitively
priced solution for those clients who would prefer to make their
reservations on-line. It is possible to mix and match both
on and off-line reservations together with a complete electronic
profiling service, all backed by an IT help desk.
Ticketing Product
1. Remote ATB2 printer
Whilst the majority of air tickets
are now electronic, certain routes and destinations still require
paper documentation. For
clients who regularly use these routes and whose spend can justify
the cost Business Travel Plus can supply an automated ticket
and boarding pass printer which allows the ticketing of all airline
journeys locally in our clients offices. Equipment is supplied
and maintained by Business Travel Plus and is appropriate for
customers with an air travel spend for journey requiring a paper
ticket of £100k per annum.
2. UK Rail Network Automated Ticket
Printer
Business Travel Plus can supply the
latest technology Evolvi rail printer for instant fulfilment
of rail tickets and vouchers within clients offices. The small
desktop unit is supplied and maintained by Business Travel Plus
and derives it connectivity through any internet connected PC. This is an ideal solution
for clients with a rail spend in excess of £75K per annum.
3. Management Information Systems
Business Travel Plus can supply clients with management information
in a form to suit their own internal requirements.
A vast array of reports is available
including fare savings, cost centre analysis, disaster tracking. MIS
may be delivered in paper or electronic format or downloaded
at clients offices through a secure website.
4. Invoice and Accountancy
All invoices are issued electronically
as are monthly statements. They
can be supplied in an individual per transaction basis, weekly
consolidated or monthly consolidated forms in a variety of formats. Paper
copies are always available if required.
