Wyre Borough Council, already one of our customers, approached us to ask if they could use Business Travel Plus. Ann was given the task of streamlining her department on their Customer Service skills.

We demonstrated our sophisticated customer database, which records all our customer contacts, comments and issues and reminds account managers when customer courtesy follow up calls are required. Having already commented that our customer service was second to none, Ann, impressed by our system, discussed with a member of her team who developed an in-house system, which they are now using in their offices with great success. |

Sabre have approached us on a number of occasions to ask us to be a Beta Test Site for their latest technology. We were obviously delighted to be testing all the newest equipment. Business Travel Plus were also the first site to trial the new ATB2 ticket printers. We now have a number of these printers installed in clients' offices throughout the UK, whereby we issue tickets at their premises, making distance no object! |
